Is it actually free, or is there a “service fee” at the door?
Actually free. No trip charge, no diagnostic fee, no fine print. The inspection, the 21 points, and the photo report cost you nothing.
How long does the visit take?
Plan on about 60–90 minutes for all three systems. Furnace and hot water tank only is usually quicker.
Are you going to try to sell me a new furnace?
No. The technician’s job is to check the 21 points, photograph what they find, and explain it. If something needs repair you’ll see the photo and hear the options — then we leave you alone to think about it.
What if you find something wrong?
You get it in writing with a photo, plus upfront pricing and any rebate or financing you qualify for. Nothing gets done without your say-so, and you’re never obligated to book the work with us.
Do I need all three systems for this to be worth it?
No. Without central air or a heat pump we run the heating, hot water, and carbon monoxide points and mark the rest not applicable. The visit stays free either way.
Does someone need to be home?
Yes — an adult needs to be there so we can access the furnace room and walk you through the findings before we leave.
